- View the latest shipping status and estimated delivery date.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Updates
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to appear after your order has been shipped. If your tracking number is not active immediately, please check again later.
Common Tracking Statuses
Order Confirmed
Your order has been received and is being prepared for shipment.
In Transit
Your package is on its way to the delivery address.
Out for Delivery
Your package has arrived at the local delivery facility and will be delivered soon.
Delivered
The carrier has confirmed successful delivery.
Delayed
Unexpected circumstances such as weather conditions, customs inspections, or carrier issues may affect delivery times.
Didn't Receive Your Tracking Number?
If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.
Tracking Shows Delivered but Package Is Missing
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:

- Ask family members or neighbors if they accepted the package.

Incorrect Shipping Information
